We organize, grow and promote
normobaria worldwide

Increased pressure
1500 hPa leads to quicker regeneration and stem cells growth.
![](/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/norm_icon2.png)
More oxygen and carbon dioxide
Thanks to the modified parameters tissue oxygenation improves.

Molecular hydrogen
A strong antioxidant disables hydroxyl free radicals - a leading cause of aging.
Our mission
Research
Researching the pro-health properties of normobaria.
Standards
Formulating standards for procedures and monitoring quality of care.
Promotion
Promoting normobaria worldwide.
Inventor
The inventor and creator of normobaric technology is a medical doctor Jan Pokrywka, a teacher with more than 30 years of experience helping others restore their health.
Combining multiple science discoveries he created a concept of optimal atmosphere - one that will be beneficial to human health and life. Inside a normobaric chamber the air pressure equals 1500 hPa, there is more CO2 (up to 3%) as well as oxygen (up to 40%).
The air inside normobaria is also enriched with hydrogen. This allows for both tissue oxygenation as well as slowing down aging caused by free radicals.
