Membership Rules of International Normobaric Association of Doktor Pokrywka
§1.
The membership fee is 1500 zł paid once a year, in 2 payments of 750 zł each or 4 quarterly payments of 375 zł each, paid via bank transfer to the association’s account with the transfer title indicating the payment is the membership fee.
§2.
1. The membership fee is to be paid no later than the last day of Juanuary each year.
2. Upon request of a member, the membership fee can be split into two installments: the first one no later than the last day of January, and the second one no later than the last day of June, or into four payments, paind no later than the last day of the first month of each quarter.
§3.
The decision allowing installment payments is made by the Board in the form of a resolution, upon a written request made by a member. The request needs to declare how the members wishes to split the payments as well as explain why installment payment is neccessary.
§4.
The membership fee can be paid via bank transfer or in cash with a written confirmation of payment.
§5.
1. As long as a member does unpaid work for the association, actively supporting its everyday operations, his membership fees can be waived.
2. The decision waiving a member’s fee is made by the Board in the form of a resolution.
§ 6
The membership fee for a founding member can be paid by a supporting member. The association shall offer a written confirmation of the fact.
§ 7
Full membership rights are aquired no sooner than after a membership fee is received by the association.
§ 8
The membership fee for a regular member can be paid by a supporting member. The association shall offer a written confirmation of the fact.
